From Essex County Probate:
Administration of all the Goods & Estate of Mary Nantz deceased late wife of Joseph Nantz late of Marblehead in said County, mariner deseased was granted to Capt. Nathaniel Lindsey
3 who gave bond with Nathan Bowen and Israel Eaton as sureties ton exhibit an Inventory by the first day of April next and to render an Account by the first day of January AD. 1799, this first day of January Anno Domini 1798.

From Essex County Probate: An Inventory od the Estate of Mrs. Mary Nantz dec'd late wife of Joseph Nantz late of Marblehead deceased appraised on Oath by us the subscribed duely appointed to that service by the Hon[ora]ble Sam[ue]l Holten Esq. Judge of Probate of Wills for the County of Essex. The said deceased's real Estate consisting of a Chamber in a dwelling house situate in said Marblehead ....................... $200

Essex, Salem June 26th 1798. Then Capt. Nath[anie]l Lindsey Adm. foresented the a forewritten and made Oath that is contained a true and perfect Inventory of the Estate of Mary Nantz dec'd late wife of Joseph Nantz late of Marblehead mariner deceased so far as come to his hand or knowledge and that if anything further shall hereafter appear, he will cause it to be added.
